The Young Latino Network (YLN) and its sister organization, Avanzamos Unidos (AU) have partnered with Tyler Tactics and FRINGE22 Studio to begin a new strategic planning process and rebranding initiative. They will lead the process of renaming both organizations.

Tyler Tactics is a minority and woman-owned consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, social impact marketing, and stakeholder engagement for advocacy organizations and social impact startups.

Hannah Tyler, their Founder and CEO, is excited to begin this new endeavor and believes that “Young Latino Network and Avanzamos Unidos recognize the shifting needs of their community and are ready to meet them. We need more organizations grappling with the real obstacles to change in Ohio that are rooted in community first and foremost.”

FRINGE 22 is a dynamic branding and creative studio driven by a commitment to social impact. Celebrating cultural diversity, they strive to deepen their understanding of the world. Founded by husband-and-wife team Alfredo and Lara A. Weeks, FRINGE 22 believes that collaborating with talented creatives and socially conscious clients is key to their mission. Together, they aim to unite people, inspire minds, evolve stories, and change perceptions.

“The Young Latino Network and Avanzamos Unidos are creating pathways for the Latino community to set the stage for this generation and the next. We are committed to listening and learning how we can elevate the brand experience that shares an honest reflection of the communities they serve,” expressed Alfredo and Lara.

Both firms will play a pivotal role in evaluating the current organizational landscapes of YLN and AU, actively engaging internal stakeholders and external communities. They will design surveys and sessions, ensuring a comprehensive approach that addresses the unique needs of both organizations.

Additionally, the consulting firms will incorporate vital rebranding strategies into the overall process, aligning the organizations’ brand identities with their respective missions, values, and target audiences. The objective is to produce a final strategic plan document that not only outlines the future direction of YLN and AU but also integrates a cohesive and impactful rebranding initiative. This document will be tailored for external audiences, with a focus on facilitating its seamless operationalization.

This initiative is both exciting and essential for our organization’s growth and evolution,” said Selina Pagán, Executive Director of YLN and AU. “As the Latine community continues to expand across the state, we are committed to fostering a more equitable Ohio for our entire comunidad.”

The Young Latino Network and Avanzamos Unidos is thrilled to start this next phase of its evolution to meet the current needs our community. The board and staff would like to honor the legacy and history of the organizations and are committed to ensuring an inclusive and appropriate rebranding for the changes we have made in the last couple of years.
